Day 1
First Welcome Gathering
Thursday at 4 PM
Castle Crags State Park.
Upon arrival, we will meet in nature for our first tuning-in meditation. We will connect with the Teachers of Mt. Shasta, who are guiding us through this specific retreat.
Evening — Meditation & Connection
As evening settles over Mount Shasta, we gather for focused meditation and heart-centered connection. Here, we establish the energetic field of the retreat and gently open to deeper layers of awareness. Meeting place TBD.
Day 2
Castle Lake
Morning - a guided walk and meditation at the lake invites inner clarity and the art of deep listening.
Later, we visit McCloud Falls, allowing the rhythm of water and wilderness to support emotional movement and quiet presence.
Evening — Regression & Integration
A structured regression session held within a safe, nurturing space. Integration time follows, allowing insight to settle softly and deepen in its own timing
Day 3
Noon — Lake Shasta Caverns
The descent into the caverns mirrors the inward journey we are walking — exploring layers of awareness beneath the surface, meeting what lies within.
An optional visit to nearby Faery Falls offers further communion with the land.
Evening- Sound Bath with Ha-Ru-Ko at Blue Star Child Gallery (optional + $50)
Day 4
Farewell Gathering
Morning — Mount Shasta City Park
Participants may collect spring Mt.Shasta water — a symbolic vessel of intention and continuity, carrying the essence of this journey forward.
We then move to Lake Siskiyou for our closing gathering — weaving together the threads of insight and gently preparing to carry them into the rhythm of daily life.
The retreat concludes at 12:00 PM on Sunday.
An integration ZOOM session
A life group integration Zoom session will be included 7-10 days after the retreat to support reflection, grounding, and the embodiment of insights into daily life.

Reconnect with powerful energies – Throughout the retreat, you will be gently guided to re-establish your connection with the Beings of Mount Shasta and rekindle ties with your Lemurian soul family.

To reserve your place, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required.
Your registration is confirmed once your deposit is received. -
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the retreat start date.

Because this is an intimate, limited-capacity experience, all payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your payment may be transferred to another participant (with prior approval) or applied as a credit toward a future offering, at the organizer’s discretion.

In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizer, all payments made toward the retreat will be fully refunded.

Frequently Asked Questions
What level of physical fitness is required? Will I be able to handle it?
This retreat does not require extreme physical fitness. The most important thing is your willingness to participate fully in the program. If you can handle light walks, you will be absolutely fine.
Will I be able to stay connected (internet/phone) during the retreat?
Yes, the hotel has internet access, and cell phone coverage is generally available. However, we highly encourage you to unplug as much as possible. We recommend dedicating these days fully to yourself – try to take a break from work and other obligations so you can immerse yourself in the experience without distractions.
What will the weather be like?
In May, Mt. Shasta is usually warm during the day (around 20–25°C) and cooler at night (around 10°C). The weather can vary, with mostly sunny days but a chance of rain. For your comfort, bring both light clothing and some warmer layers for the evenings. The retreat lodge will keep you comfortable in any weather, and for the hike, having a hat, sunscreen, and a light rain jacket is a good idea, just in case.
