What is Hypnotherapy? How does it feel to be in Hypnosis?

 

Hypnosis is a very natural state that we inter every day approximately half an hour before we go to sleep and half an hour after we wake up. That’s why meditation and affirmation is better to do at this time of the day, when we become very receptive It is a very relaxed state when can learn easily.  When you watch a movie and become so involved emotionally, that nothing else exists-- just you and the story—and when someone calls your name you don’t hear it from the first time—this is the state of hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of concentration, focus and grate receptivity. So, Hypnosis is a wonderful learning state, isn’t it?

 

 

 

What would be the best preparation for a Hypnotherapy Session?

 

 

There is nothing in particular that we need to do before hypnotherapy session.  The only thing is that we recommend you reframe from taking alcohols or any drags 24 hours before the session. Don’t be hungry. If you have any particular questions or concerns, please contact Sasha before the session.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Would I remember what was during the Hypnotherapy session?

 

Almost everyone remembers most of the session. Only 1% cannot recall some parts of the session. This natural amnesia doesn’t affect the learning. Our subconscious mind listens and learn even if you don’t consciously remember the “ class material”. But, remember, those cases are very rear. I will record the hypnosis part of the session and send you an audio file, so you can listen to it at home for reinforcing the learning. Moreover, when we are out of the hypnotic state the memory of it can fade away like dreams do after we wake up. You think you will remember it and that in a couple of hours it is so difficult to recall.

 

Having the recording particularly important for Past Live and QHHT hypnotherapy session. In QHHT listening to your recording reinforces the healing processes in the brain and body making it extremely important to listen to the recording often, even subliminally, without paying attention to the words.

Cancelation

 

We do have 24 hours cancelation policy. Please Sasha know 24 hours before the session if something changes and you cannot make it, or would like to reschedule.
