Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations by Participants or Clients You may cancel up to 72 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable, as short-notice changes limit others' opportunity to attend and may result in financial loss to the instructor. 2. Missed Sessions / No-Shows No refund or credit will be issued if you miss a class without canceling or rescheduling it 24 hours prior. 3. Cancellations by the Instructor In the rare event that a session must be canceled by Alexandra Sasha (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you will have the option of: ^A full refund, or ^A credit toward a future session We will notify participants as soon as possible if a cancellation occurs.
