Individual sessions are scheduled and conducted in the hypnotherapy office. Traditional Hypnotherapy can be done via Skype. Past Lives Regression, Future Lives Progression, Between Lives Journeys, QHHT and the Reiki Attunement are done only in person. You can see availability and schedule your sessions here.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
QHHT- is a Hypnosis method created by Dolores Cannon. QHHT gives you an amazing opportunity to see your past lives with information relevant for your current life questions, connect to your Subconscious (SC) and ask any questions that you have along with healing and suggestions. Alexandra Sasha Tarakanov is a Level 3 Practitioner of QHHT with advance training, taken in person in Arkansas.
Dolores Cannon discovered connection to Our Higher Self that is all knowing, wise and loving. Dolores Cannon called it Subconscious. SC is in charge of our body and can create any changes instantly or give suggestions for further work to be done to accomplish change. SC holds information about our past lives and future lives and between lives existence of a soul. During the session SC will show the most appropriate information for a person to see and provide answers to personal questions.
This part of ourselves, as Dolores had learned, is always present with us and exists just below the surface of our conscious mind, so she appropriately chose to label it The Subconscious. The Subconscious is what gave her and practitioners of her QHHT technique access to past lives and performs instantaneous healings when appropriate. Over her 45-year career, her technique has proven to be effective on thousands of people all over the world regardless of their Age, Gender, Personality, Physical Symptoms, Religious Beliefs or Cultural Backgrounds.
SC is capable to do physical and emotional healing that can happen instantly in the session or gradually during period of time after the session. We suggest to a client to listen to the recording of the session often.

Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
QHHT is a long (3-5 hours) session that includes a pre-talk, Hypnosis, and discussion. The Hypnosis part of the session will be recorded and emailed to you.
Since the SC is all-knowing and interconnected, we can work with one person on the issues of another. This is particularly helpful when we want to help a child and can do it through a session with the parent, for example.
Healing
The subconscious can identify any physical problem it detects within the body with a QHHT practitioner and explain the causes for its presence, be it from current life or past life. The Subconscious is then asked if it is suitable for healing to occur, which, if it is, is done instantaneously with no medication, surgery, or pain involved. Very often, simply understanding why a disease is present or a particular emotion is being experienced is sufficient for it to be relieved and removed by the Subconscious.
Over the course of her career, Dolores had conducted sessions with clients where the physical healing that occurs had been challenging for even her to comprehend. She had been teaching her technique to students worldwide for a decade, and many write back detailing miraculous accounts of a similar nature.
Before detailing this list of what is possible in terms of healing, it must be stated that healing can only occur if an individual wants to be healed and does not interfere with their lifetime goals.
